Reporting in….

So I started Curves in April.

I went on vacation in May for a little over a week and missed several (5)workouts.

I haven’t eaten as good as I should have, but not nearly as bad as I used to.

I’ve been trying to be at Curves at least 3 days a week.

And it’s paying off!

Here are the results so far:

5.5 lbs is not “a lot”… but 4” IS! Especially the 2 full inches off my abdomen! I was so giddy this morning that I worked out even harder, came home and had OATMEAL for breakfast. LOL! Slow and steady on the lbs as I build muscle… slower weight loss is better, less likely to come back.

I’m so happy to see some results cuz I really don’t like to sweat. LOL!

  1. That's awesome for you! I've gone back to the gym since the beginning of May (I try for 3 days a wk, but missed a few). I've lost about 7lbs myself.
    My inspiration is the middle school reunion I'm going to in a month!

  2. That's really great Erin!!! Way to go! I should check into Curves, I am now doing the no/low carb/sugar thing which helped me lose weight really well, before I was pg with Connor. I definitely need to get on board with some sort of workout routine as well! 🙂

    It all adds up. Even if we choose to not make good choices the beauty of it is we can start fresh as soon as we realize we've gotten off track.
